The Honor 70 Pro has the same screen, battery, charger, and cameras, but uses a Dimensity 8000. The Honor 70 packs a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED, a Snapdragon 778G, a 54MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 4,800 mAh battery with 66W charge.
The Honor 70 Pro+ with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage is available for pre-order in China for 4,300 CNY ($645/€600/£50,000). The 70 Pro starts at CNY 3,700 ($555/€515/£43,000) and comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The 70 Pro will ship on June 10th, the Pro+ on June 16th.
Honor’s announcement also revealed details about the Sony IMX800. It’s smaller than expected at 1/1.49″, with a nominal 54MP resolution and 4-in-1 pixel binning.
Finally, the Xiaomi 12 Ultra has been leaked, sporting the iconic red Leica logo. It would be the first phone next to the Leica Leitz 1 phone to bear the locomotive and not just the Leica name. Xiaomi announced its partnership with Leica in May and said the first device from the joint effort will arrive in July. We’re hoping it’s the 12 Ultra, although it could also be the 12S.
