Montblanc – “On The Move”: mobility reinterpreted by Montblanc – Trends and style – WorldTempus

Since its inception, when the world discovered new and faster ways to get from place to place, Montblanc has created products that follow you everywhere. The house has constantly developed new technologies, such as its innovative fountain pens and durable leather accessories, to ensure that its products remain functional anywhere and in all circumstances. With its multi-category On The Move collection, Montblanc offers a new vision of mobility adapted to today’s world.

True to its own mission to encourage everyone to make their mark by following their own path to success, the collection features products that encourage and facilitate movement, reminding each of us that the way we move choosing to move forward determines the footprint we leave on this planet.

“Montblanc has always innovated by creating products that allow everyone to be inspired by renewed mobility. But mobility isn’t just about getting from point A to point B physically, it’s also the ability to move forward in life by achieving your goals and fulfilling your ambitions with passion and new meaning. Our aim is to offer new perspectives on mobility to everyone, in their own way, with functional products that are a source of inspiration,” says Marco Tomasetta, Artistic Director of Montblanc.

Comprised of writing instruments, leather goods, connected technologies and timepieces, this collection reflects Montblanc’s desire to encourage everyone to leave their mark, move forward with determination and choose products that are as functional as they are stylish. By combining state-of-the-art craftsmanship and new technologies, each product follows this common thread of mobility.

Emblematic of active lifestyles and urban exploration, Montblanc Extreme 3.0 leather goods are designed to meet the needs of the everyday traveler. They push the boundaries of technical innovation to reach new heights in durability and performance. The aim is to minimize the impact on the environment by using leather obtained through a CO2 neutral tanning technique and a lining made from recycled fibres. The Montblanc Extreme motif has been enlarged and is available in two formats: a more imposing one for bags and a more subtle one for small accessories. Three bags and one belt from this collection feature M LOCK 4810, an innovative closure system inspired by the world of climbing, with bold black finishes. Montblanc Extreme 3.0 items in signature Montblanc Black or striking English Green are available in a variety of shapes, sizes and functions that suit people who are unfamiliar with routine and appreciate adventure, both in their professional and their lives private life.

The StarWalker BlackCosmos collection addresses the theme of mobility by evoking the human fascination with space exploration and the dream of walking among the stars. The writing instruments feature a new surface treatment that symbolizes the compact, rocky surface of telluric planets and as yet unknown planets in the depths of the cosmos. The translucent dome, a signature element of the collection, is adorned with a hanging Montblanc emblem over a gray base. The collection includes a solid black precious resin edition with PVD-coated metal fittings, a doué edition with a precious resin body and a needled metal cap, and a fully needled metal edition. Each version is available as a fountain pen, felt tip pen and ballpoint pen.

The connected Summit 3 watch responds to the ever-growing need for connectivity by bringing the latest technologies to people who are always on the go. A new take on the House’s iconic connected watch, this model embodies luxury with its hand-brushed precious titanium case and intricately crafted, configurable dials, combined with calfskin and rubber straps. The connected Summit 3 watch integrates the latest Wear OS by Google operating system and applications carefully selected to meet the specific needs of its owner. This model, available in three versions (grey titanium with black calfskin and blue rubber straps, black titanium with black calfskin and black rubber straps, and two-tone titanium with English green Montblanc Extreme 3.0 calfskin strap and black rubber straps), offers many customization options.

The Montblanc 1858 GMT Automatic Date watch is designed to work in multiple time zones simultaneously as it displays the time in two different places without hands. This sophisticated system indicates the second time zone through a red square moving around the outer edge of the dial, positioned next to a fixed black or blue anodized aluminum bezel with 24-hour divisions: we therefore know immediately if it is day is or night in the zone of the second time zone. This model features a 42mm stainless steel case with a black or blue sunburst dial, both with luminous blue hands and indexes, and features an interchangeable tapered stainless steel bracelet with a precise adjustment system that can be replaced with a black or blue rubber strap in seconds . The back of the titanium case is embellished with an engraving depicting the planet’s continents and oceans, with the names of the cities in the 24 time zones giving an indication of universal time.
